Thank You, Sir Richard Branson!

I noticed this weekend that my cell phone, which is with Virgin Mobile, was missing. So I called on Sunday, the day of the discovery, to report it and get a replacement. The young lady said it was under warranty so replacement would be free. She said to expect it in 2-3 business days. Thinking that would be at least Thursday because of King Day on Monday, imagine my surprise when it arrived TODAY by FedEx. Sir Richard Branson, you and your people are true service heroes!
