Remember: Fan is Short for Fanatic

For those of you who still don't think we're totally football crazed here in Alabama, I have further proof. On the radio this morning, they mentioned a restaurant that offers a special sandwich to honor the University of Alabama football team. It's a BLTwith 13 (!) strips of bacon, one for each of Bama's national championships. The morning team then wondered if they'd add a fourteenth if they beat LSU tonight. If they did, and anyone tried to eat it, an ambulance might be necessary. Sort of gives new meaning to "Roll Tide"!
